Opgaven bestod bl.a. i at reducere en svensk træmøbelproducents høje drifts- og vedligeholdelsesomkostninger på deres eksisterende spånsugningsanlæg.
Det eksisterende anlæg bestod af flere decentrale og centrale anlæg til spånsugning, hvilket ikke længere var den optimale løsning til producentens behov.
Producenten var på udkig efter et mere energieffektivt og pålideligt system, og de kontaktede Technor, som er en mangeårig kunde hos JKF. Technor gennemførte en analyse af den eksisterende plan og produktionslinjen for at beregne det optimale system til det specifikke behov.
Technor installerede en komponentbaseret løsning fra JKF. Et nyt og enkelt energieffektivt spånudsugningssystem, der er behovsstyret, så der kun suges den nødvendige mængde luft ud.
Affaldshåndteringen sker via udledning af materialet i et ringrør, som blæser spånerne ind i en 34m3 ATEX-godkendt container.
Udledningen styres, så transportventilatoren, drejeventilen og bundskraberen i filteret kun er i drift i den tid, der er nødvendig for at transportere affaldet.
This solution has resulted in large savings in their operating costs, as well as a sharp reduction in maintenance costs in comparison to the existing plant. Because the plant is only operating when there are shavings ready to move it saves energy.
Many plants today are operating full-time which can be necessary, but for some manufacturers an alternative solution is optimal. This case is a good example of how thorough analysis and project planning can strengthen the outcome and the benefits of the plant. In addition to the lower operating cost and the reduction in maintenance cost, the plant also provides a significantly better indoor climate for the manufacturer’s employees.
